Job Title : Senior Programmers / Systems / IT Analysts
Duties:
Systems/application requirements gathering, analysis and specifications, design, programming, development, data modeling, data warehousing, interface designing, workflows designing, testing, quality assurance, implementation, installation, configuration, customization, migration, integration and administration of complex client-server and web-based software and database applications and systems, networks systems and websites; assist with IT projects planning, management and coordination and communications, IT proposal development and presentation using several programming languages, technologies and tools, etc.
Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Sc, Engineering, MIS/IS, Technology or related fields. Will consider equivalent suitable combined education & experiences that equips candidates with requisite experiences, skills and abilities to perform core duties of the job; will consider experiences in related software and systems engineering, development and programming.
Location:
Herndon, VA with some domestic travels.

NOTICE OF EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM
It is Sarga Solutions’s policy to encourage and reward employees for identifying other talented and qualified individuals for open positions at Sarga Solutions Inc. Based on this policy, all full-time, non-management employees can qualify for a referral bonus. The bonus is based on the following terms and schedule:
A bonus of up to a maximum of $500 is paid to any employee who refers a candidate to Sarga who is hired for any of the permanent, full-time technical and management positions stated above or below and who remains in Sarga’s employ for at least six months. The bonus is paid out in two increments, one half after six months, and the other half after nine months.
